Medical/Surgical Nursing

Medical/Surgical Nursing provides inpatient care to adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.  Mostl inpatient units have telemetry monitoring capabilities. Med/Surg nurses also gain support from an IV Therapy team, a Discharge team to assist with patient discharges, and a Medical Emergency Team to respond to patient emergencies before the patient reaches a critical point.
